To recieve a custom uniform quote, send us an email with the following information....
 
1. The part# and manufacturer of the style shirt you would like
2. Color of the tshirt you would like. 
3. Sizes and quantities
4. Would you like the shirts to be embroidered or screen printed?
5. Please attach the artwork to your email and let us know where you would like each artwork placed on the shirt based on the tshirt spec sheet on this website.
